The new development at this horticultural learning and events site saw the construction of five new buildings including a greenhouse, seed library, toilet block, and a seminar space. ARA were commissioned to set out the building corners prior to construction and mark out datum levels across the site. Several visits were made over the course of the project to update and verify the works as they progressed, culminating in a final as-built topographic survey to inform the final landscaping. Maintaining a reliable control network around the site was critical to ensure the accuracy of all of our survey work.
