A good-quality survey will provide precise information relating to site constraints, the location of services, level changes, proximity to neighbouring properties, structural openings, the route and level of watercourses, drainage systems and sewers, the position and sizes of relevant trees and other important information. An accurate, up-to-date, digital survey negates the need to make assumptions, thus ensuring a client will avoid incurring expensive abortive fees at a later stage.
